# Portalda Destek Talebi Oluşturma ve Yöneticinin Görmesi

Portal üzerinden giriş yapan müşteri **destek talebi oluşturarak** yaşadığı sorunları yöneticiyle karşılıklı mesajlaşarak kolaylıkla çözebilir.

Destek merkezine giriş yapabilmek için isterseniz anasayfada bulunan **Talep Oluştur** butonuna tıklayabilir veya **Destek** yazan sekmeye tıklayabilirsiniz.
